Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum........Boneyard

I do not know the story about these units.
It has the Heart of Dixie name on it.
I'm guessing it broke down and no repair funds available.
Or, replacement parts are unavailable.
I'm going to guess, no parts.
If anyone has any info, please share.

Nice photo of some old railroad relics.
I saw the last part of a documentary on PBS about a guy taking a train ride across Cuba. All their equipment dates back to the 1950s and earlier. They can't get any parts for that old stuff so if they need something they have to manufacture it themselves.

A quick google of her found the Heart of Dixie Railroad Museum site.
On the site is a brief history of the 904. Looks like vandals torched it. Here's the link:
