OOPS! I thought you name was a generic description. I did not realize it was a proper common name:
Unicorn caterpillar (Schizura unicornis).

Very nice! Is it poisionous? I noticed little droplets on the spines on it's back.

Great shots, I've not even seen a caterpillar in the garden so far this year (the father-in-law is happy though non to eat his tomato plants), the weather has been to the ducks liking.
