Hawk ID Please

I know this pic sucks, but it's a quick snap of a bird that would't let me get closer.
Could someone tell me what kind of hawk this is?

This is just a wild as guess, but from what I can determine - Chest color, tail color (stripping) and the dark upper body it may be an adult Cooper’s hawk or a Sharp Sharp Shinned hawk.

Thanks. I looked up the sharp shined. That's what I believe it is.

I think this ID may be a little over-sharpened.
