It's time for everyone to list the ONE tripod head that you use the most if you use one at all. Also if you use one quick remove plate or a whatever it came with.
I had three pods with a different head on each. The one most use, when ever I do use one, it a simple ball head. Probably because it is simple to use.

I only use two heads, a ball head and a gimbal head. Both use the same Arca-Swiss type plates, and I use both on only one tripod due to the systematic interchangeable top mounts for my tripod. I can switch from Gimbal head to ball head in about 6 seconds or less without having to adjust anything on my tripod legs.
I use an Arca-Swiss cube. Very very very very expensive but easy to use and gives extremely fine control of my composition

Same approach. Maybe 8 seconds to change since I am older.

I always preferred ball heads, except for shooting movies, and I truly enjoy using my PMG head, it is the most convenient/comfortable ballhead I've used this far!
For bird photography “in the wild” the Wimberley WH-200 gimbal head is my choice - it allows me to control a 500mm f/4 lens with a fingertip!
Manfrotto 3275 guard head with Hejnar AS conversion (the long one that centers the camera over the rotation axis), for location shoots.
In my studio, i use a Manfrotto 3263 geared head on my camera stand, and for BIF and motorsports, I have a cheap Promaster gimbal head.
I've also got a Nodal Ninja Giga for spherical VRs.
Horses for courses.
I use a carbon-fiber Manfrotto 190CXPRO3 with Manfrotto 488RC2 ball head with QR plate. Works well for lighter gear.

Arca Swiss ball head and Wimberley gimbal
Do any of you who mostly use ball heads have, or have ever used a geared head?
I use a couple of different tripods all with ball heads and a monopod. My favorite is a carbon fiber Benro Travel Angel. All my equipment is fitted with ArcaSwiss quick release L brackets or plates.
