Hi, No it was at the Misipilian Light just east of Milford,Delaware.I never saw a American Oystercatcher there befroe.

Very nice. I've never seen the bird with the black head before... made me chuckle, he look disproportionate.

Hi, this was a first for me also,but I looked it up and the bird is called American Oystercatcher and can be seen all along the coast as far as Baha California.
