A bit noisy at ISO 6400. Probably F/16

Yum! An external flash under good diffusion would allow for lower ISO, but it is still good to experiment like this.

Well caught, I have never seen a Lady Beetle catch something like that. Would it be possible to use a lower f-number to reduce the ISO - less depth of field I know, just a matter of choice which pain is less painful.

i shoot f9 iso 400,it hard to tell the difference between f9 and f16 but it allows for lower iso and lower flash power

Yes, I often use F9 or f 11 with an ISO of 100 to 320 at most. The OP wasn't using a flash and was at f16, hence my suggestion that a lower f no. might be better than such a high ISO.

Good advice on adjusting the apeture. Still in the process of figuring out what works and what doesn't.
