"No-name' radio flash trigger for Fuji X-100s?

So far I have resisted the temptation to go 'cordless' and have been happy enough using sync cords on my pro equipment. Since picking up the X-100s, I have been playing with some accessories and wanted to try a radio trigger. I would be using it with a small light, (and I seem to have a box full of these)on manual settings, so I won't need any fancy controls, just triggering the light from no more than a few feet away.

Since this is just something to fool around with, I'd like to keep the cost down to as little as possible. Scrolling through eBay turned up lots, all totally unfamiliar. So, any suggestions? Thanks!

Something like this might work: https://www.amazon.com/Neewer-Wireless-Speedlite-Receiver-Universal/dp/B00A47U22U/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1529348135&sr=8-1&keywords=radio+flash+trigger&dpID=51FT9BEQkDL&preST=_SY300_QL70_&dpSrc=srch

I have been using the brand 'Cactus' for years w/o any problems whatsoever . . . and they are way less expensive than 'Pocket Wizard' (which I have also used with NO problems). It's your money and your choice.

If you want to go really cheap, try a pair of Cowboy Studio. They will probably only last a year but will get the job done.
I recommend something that uses either AA or AAA batteries so they can use recargables or at least std batts cheaply !!

I'd highly recommend the Godox X1-T. Less than $50 at B&H.
