I have a Lower Pro Runner 200 AW. It is a great pack that holds my D3100 body with a 18-55mm lens and my 55-300mm. It also holds my close-up lens, filters and lens hoods in the main compartment. The inner side of the lid has SD pockets and a a zippered storage pocket. The outside of the lid has another compartment and an attachment for carrying a tripod. There are pockets for a water bottle and other necessities. It has a rain poncho that can enclose the entire pack and has protested my stiff from bad weather for the last four years. It is sturdy and comfortable.

I do a lot of hiking combined with photography, and found a great pack on Amazon... a Tubu Large camera backpack. It fits 3 bodies with grips, 5 "normal size" lenses and my Sigma 150-600, as well as assorted filters and other odds and ends. Its also got a reasonable way of attaching a tripod. It has a bunch of room for non-photography items as well. Best of all, it was $75 brand new. I love it and may be buying the extra large for a trip to Europe this summer.
