From what I read, the FBI somehow managed to mishandle the server, and possibly other evidence. So, without a firm chain of evidentiary process, it may be very difficult to present a case in court.

Mishandled or destroyed evidence? The FBI is our premier law enforcement agency, to say they mishandled evidence certainly is not an endorsement of their competency.

Not sure this is not going to be just another "Nothing burger" as was the Republican memo a few months ago. Woudnt doubt this is just all hype and will have little effect.
