3 Images hand held, Nikon D7500, 50mm f1.8 @ f8, 1/250s, ISO800, stitched with MS ICE. This is one of the most intense sunsets that I have seen.
Wow indeed, download is a must!

Thanks for looking BboH. I did agonise a little over how bland the RAW image appeared compared to how I recalled the scene at the time, but I believe my processed image is accurate. The light was certainly intense. My wife and I were sitting inside the little cottage that we had rented for the night when I noticed a strange red glow reflecting off an inside wall. I was a little alarmed at first because my first thought was bush fire, but glancing outside I realised it was this brilliant sunset. Note the attached photo of some wallabies that I took a few minutes after I captured the sunset images while the light was still quite intense. Again I believe this is an accurate rendition of what we saw at the time.
Regards,
Richard.
I hope you have this hanging on your wall! Beautiful work. What did you use to stitch it?

Thank you UTMike. I do intend to hang a print of it. I used Microsoft ICE for this simple stitch.
Regards, Richard.
Thorny Devil, I agree this is a very intense sunset. You captured it well. The wallabies almost look like they are in a fire. Well done.
