Celestron C8
Celestron CGEM mount
Celstron 236C CMOS Camera at 1024 X 768. 90 FPS for 2 minutes

20% of 10800 frames stacked in Autostakkert2
Wavelets modified in Registax6
Final color tweaks in Photoshop CC
I bounced between Jupiter and Saturn waiting for the red spot to rotate around.
By the time it started to show Jupiter was dropping almost into the trees to me East.
This is earlier in the session while Jupiter was still fairly high.

Thank you very much.
If you have a chance, there are a couple of transits tonight.
Jim

1 transit, 1 shadow:
Wed Jun 20 2018 20:40:53 GMT-0600 (Mountain Daylight Time): Europa's shadow appears
Wed Jun 20 2018 21:21:53 GMT-0600 (Mountain Daylight Time): Europa ends transit
Wed Jun 20 2018 23:34:53 GMT-0600 (Mountain Daylight Time): Europa's shadow disappears
Thu Jun 21 2018 02:04:53 GMT-0600 (Mountain Daylight Time): Io begins transit
1 transit, 1 shadow:
Thu Jun 21 2018 02:48:53 GMT-0600 (Mountain Daylight Time): Io's shadow appears
Thu Jun 21 2018 04:01:53 GMT-0600 (Mountain Daylight Time): Io ends transit

This is for my time zone, adjust accordingly.

Thanks Jim. If the skies are clear...not looking promising at the moment...I'll try to catch the transit. [quote=Albuqshutterbug]Thank you very much.

Planning is one of the things I like about Stellarium.
I can run the clock forward or backward to find the best time to be on something.
Like when the GRS will be coming around.

(Helps me plan around power poles and wires transitioning, too. )

That is, when I can see the sky through the forest... of course. LOL!
