Received and e-mail from Nikon letting me know a firmware update is available,

http://view.mcd.nikon.com/?qs=097dc9bd24eabe327b795ce216fc562bf9101fd7c04bc6afbc034fa441f53bc8e879832ecb74174f37b51235de462c67498e10f165ce382aa56895243872372519b3435444a1c1702bc55ffb8942332a

Hope this gets to a good number of my fellow D750 users and owners.

I got burned by a firmware Update on my Olympus OM-D EM-5 Mii. The camera started malfunctioning after the update. There was no way to re-download the existing update or a prior update. The camera had to be shipped back to the Manufacturer. Grrrrr. Still waiting for it to come back. So now I am much more circumspect about firmware updates. Has anyone here ever downloaded the a Nikon firmware update a 2nd time or installed a previous version?

As Nikon user and going on a year and half on the Hog I do not recall seeing posts on problems with the updates.

I have not had any problem with Nikon updates but my question was has anybody here re-loaded an existing update. I think it is possible to do that on a Nikon, and even to re-load a prior update, but I am still wanting to know if anybody here has done that.
