If you post pic on this site you will probably get more responses. I for one do not go to unknown links.

Looked at the shot. Nice composition. Not very dramatic. Needs a little more punch to it. Maybe up the saturation just a touch. I'm not an expert but I've been here a while and watched and learned from others. Look at others work here and compare it to yours. You will see the difference. I do like the shot it just is a little dull in color.
What sort of programs do you use to edit it? Like saturation and hue.. Just the standard Windows one?
I quite like the leaves in the upper corner.. Sort of acts like a frame.

I am a Picasa user but I have PS Elements 10 and have purchased the Kelby course to help learn it. Picasa is a good place to start so you understand what you can do with a touch more light, or shadow, or color. It is free online and very easy to use.
I'm a fan of Google, so I'll look into Picasa. Thanks tk

What is it a picture of?
Is it the river?
The swans?
The bridge?
Or a landscape to take in everything?
I am sure some photographer MIGHT sell pictures like that for a fortune but to me I looked at it and could not figure out what it was you were trying to achieve.
I am NO expert, I enjoy taking snaps of what I like and if that is what you like then good luck to you :)
Haha Glojo, I see what you mean.
I don't really think it was a picture specifically targetting something. More just the whole picture as a whole, seemed pretty, and the leaves in the corner seemed to act as a frame.
I'm a fan of nice english weather :)

I think I would prefer if the photo was landscape format and the whole of the bridge was in the shot, that would get rid of the dark foreground too. My opinion only.
Very nice snapshot, but the horizon looks like it could use a tweak of straightening/leveling. My opinion only.
Post it in the Photo Analysis section and ask the question. It's your 6th post on this site. I suggest you browse through all the different sections and see what UHH has to offer. If you don't see the Photo Analysis section, you need to go to the Home page and click on all and subscribe to the sections that you are interested in. UHH is growing.
