I am a self taught amateur and so I have many bad habits, some of which I'm correcting just reading the forums. Many questions but one concerns my Casio Exilim EX H10. I absolutely loved this camera. I shoot mostly pictures for online sales and I do a yearly scrapbook of pictures (competitive) for a volunteer group I belong to. That camera did wonderful shots for me and was so easy to use. Somehow a tiny piece that kept the battery door shut came off and I can't close it. Online they want nearly as much to look at the problem as a new one would cost. I live in Phoenix and have not found a digital repair shop. I get great purple sunset shots with it now Any ideas?
I'd check with camera shops in the area. I'm sure they'll know of someone in the area that does those kinds of repairs.

Tape? Rubber bands? See if Casio will sell you another door and you put it on? Welcome.
Tried tape, rubber band gets in the way. Casio wants $180.00 just to look at it. Thanks though.:).
