We were just there in April but just did quick drivethrough, no pics - had plenty from last trip. Thanks for the reminding me of the beauty. One of my favorite drives.

I've been there. You've done well. The large foreground area works I think because of all the footsteps leading you in.

Well, that day it was, but I always checked for the number of cars parked at the main road. Afternoons were always the worst times for photographs, but the arch was worth visiting any time.

Beautiful image and I am very envious. The photo I have, taken last year, has a ton of people in it. I patiently waited to get an image without anybody, like yours, but I finally gave up. Should have thought of Cany's suggestions...Next time !
