I haven't posted in a while, and haven't had time to browse the photo gallery as much as I like-I'm sure I've missed so much!

I'll try to catch up today.

I looked out the window at my parents and there was this one sunbeam, from the setting sun.

Of course I grabbed my camera and sat in the grass.

often its simply the noticing that is enough - and too often times it is the sitting that is enough. Often times the image resulting is not what we saw with eyes of delight, or felt as the last sunbeam of the day warmed our hearts. Often times it just the time we give ourselves to be present and fully experience a moment here - a moment there - which gives us an experience of joy.
