After several days of intermittent storms the Potomac River is higher than I've ever seen it in the last twenty-five years.
These photos are from the towpath near the Maryland Great Falls. All the usual vantage points are closed, but I think the photos give a pretty good idea of extent of the flooding.
Wow! Is there much flooding in downtown DC?
