It appears to be yes/no to whether you should get a backup camera. It depends what you do with your camera, for example, if you take repeated pictures of your coffee cup each morning during break time and never take anything else you can probably survive without one, if you shoot weddings then YES go now and buy one, preferably identical to your working camera, before you do another job!

I have been running around in my mind. A back up camera. I go over the spechs over again and wanting the same speech's. I have found the RX10M4 to give me alot more than I ask and it gifts me well. I have been on the phone with B and M, Canon Tech. Sony tech. Any good suggesation to where I can go. I realize that This is expensive I have given it too much thought.. The RX has been great...I couldn`t ask for more,,,Maybe a short yes or no and a short explination...This may be a foolish question....but It I don`t ask I may not get assistance. Thank you I will try to not feel foolish

Yes

1. Go back to bed.
2. Get out of bed.
3. Drink some, not a lot of coffee.
4. Walk the dog or pet the cat.
5. Buy a Canon 5D Mk iv.
6. Be done with it. (I know nothing about Canon RX* cameras, only *D and T* and T*i models, sorry. What are they P&S?)

Update, no wonder I don't know what a RX* is, it is a Sony. What did the Canon tech have to say about the RX*? I might not need tea but tequila after this nonsense.

I’m sure that’s supposed to be B&H.

Maybe baked beans are an option...

Wow. This is just nasty.

It's the truth. I also get so aggravated with such poor grammar, broken sentences, run-on sentences, misspelled words, etc. I have decided to not even read that crap past the first sentence. For Heaven's sake: please understand that for communication to be successful, you have to be absolutely clear on what you are asking.

It seems like the internet is making the art of precise conversation even worse than it ever was.

Sorry. I didn’t think the op’s question was originally in English. I was being sarcastic but didn’t mean to offend. After reading the responses, I now Understand the question.

Sorry,

Well at least I learned something. Canon techs will give you answers about Sony cameras. Should I call my Pentax rep about Nikon cameras? Perhaps they can compare the D810A with the K-1ii for me.

(Please realize I'm being obnoxious here.)

I don't mind the occasional typo or technical grammar errors that don't interfere with what the writer wants to communicate. But the OP's writing is so bad I can't tell exactly what he is trying to ask, especially when he just wants a yes or no answer.
