Ventured out during pause in storm and of course got caught. My husband snapped me with his cell as I dragged in sopping wet but my camera dry.

The rainy weather made for very nice saturated colors in both the foliage and the racing water. Very nice shots! Sorry about your near drowning!

Thank you Donna. As for the toe- asked the same in Urgent Care and ER. Do this hiking? And I had to respond with old lady thing-nope, fell off bed when getting up in the middle of the night. It will heal and I am determined to keep on keeping on. Hope you are having a good summer so far!

Angela- I bet you would if opportunity was there. I do wish you could have been there shooting with me. Wish all my friends could have joined me. Such a special adventure. Glad you enjoyed the pics.

Think my husband was astounded at my adventure. He was headed out to car to drive around to falls to retrieve me. When I am older and stuck on the couch covered with an afghan, I can remember and smile.
