Does anyone have experience with that Pluto trigger? Would it be useful in nature photography?
Mostly I walk around the woods and take pics of anything I find interesting, flowers, birds, animals, trees, stumps with caricature, streams... you get the idea.

Welcome to our forum!

There are more expensive units that are similar, so this might be a good deal. You can report back to us after you use it. A lot depends on whee you live. Florida is a good place to photograph electrical storms.

I was looking into either the Pluto or Miops and while the Miops looks well made it is considerably more costly in the main unit as well as accessories. I contacted Pluto Trigger and they now have made available for only $10 a battery replacement kit that includes the outer shell and screws. That was the final issue holding me back as the Miops had replaceable batteries. I will be ordering the Pluto soon. I don't think you can go wrong for the money.

How does a tree stump generate a caricature? By playing a part? :-)
