I had a wonderful career in music & audio engineering, but after suddenly losing most of my hearing, I've turned to my long-time passion for photography. I built a darkroom when I was 12 (B&W--couldn't afford to do color in those days).
Now many years later, I'm a digital convert. And with all the upgrades to Photoshop (etc.) over the last several years, I probably could have built another analog darkroom. LOL. But I wouldn't -- I'm having too much fun.

Welcome. Nice picture. I like how you utilized a shallow depth of field in this shot it complements the story. I had a cat that looked very similar to yours. He lived to be approximately 10 years old.
