Tank locomotive and there is not a tender for it.
Operates on coal.
There are 2 separate tracks in the yard that is runs on.
The turntable is used to switch from one track to the other.
They have cab rides available.

3. Items on top are from right to left. Dyno generator, smokestack, water fill for tank, sand dome, bell, Steam dome and sand dome.

Jay - Please excuse a question. You say this engine runs on coal, but does not have a tender. Where, then, is the coal stored?
How much coal is needed daily?

In the last image, look to the left of the blue overalls. There is a vertical bin. At the bottom, you can see the wall does not extend all the way down and there is coal. It is probably a little over the width of a shovel. As coal is needed, it is "dug" out from the bottom and loaded into the firebox. I think the same bin is on my side in the image. The bins are small.
Firebox is small.
To fill the bins today, I'm guessing that they shovel coal from the small stockpile up to the floor where the overalls is standing, then up and into the bin from above. This locomotive and similar ones are for yard usage and moving rail cars around.
I would think water and coal would be readily located in the yard.
If this locomotive burned oil, there would be an oil tank in the back area.
