question on cloud storage

I am looking for free cloud storage. I know there are a ton of them. What I need is the ability to create a directory , place photos in it and then be able to
have people look at and download from that directory.
The problem is, I want the people to be able to access this directory with out having to download an app or sign up etc.

I tried shutterfly ( which now offers free unlimited storage), Imgur and a few others . non do what I need.

Any ideas?

One Drive? I use this.
https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/
You need the account to store, they do not to view. You send them a link.
There is a storage limit for the free version.

Free Dropbox will allow this.

BDK-

Please try this link and let me know of you have to create an account:
https://1drv.ms/f/s!AtsjCMaqsuUkgkoFPwfk3WLkqjNy

There are two images there. When I go to it, it does not require me to create an account. It shows the images.

You just described DropBox, and it can do more. Your initial allotment is 2 Gb, but if you refer people, they’ll give you more space for free. I leave folders out for maybe 2-3 months, depending on interest, then I delete them to regain that space.

Did you "Get a Link" to send to people or did you send the link in your browser that you were using.
{edit}
Sorry, misinterpreted your reply. Deleting test link.

You may have gone to the link after I removed the folder.
Try this one https://1drv.ms/f/s!AtsjCMaqsuUkgkVLmpaavYBBNqeS
I opened a different browser (Chrome) and it opened up the images, no account required, no password required.
Very confused why it does not work for you.

Good - I do believe then that tcthome tried after I deleted the test folder.
Interesting, for the test folder I only sent two images of many in a folder. It did not want to transfer the entire folder.

Thanks for checking for me.

Google drive can do this. It takes a couple of steps, but it's easy to share. Right click the file, click advanced, and then choose how you want to share.

I've been looking for good cloud storage too. Everything I've used has captured the clouds fine but when I check back the clouds have escaped. Some do leave wet spots though so they must have been pretty scared.

Storage or backup?
I prefer to store locally for convenience, the cloud for tertiary backup.
I use Carbonite for backup. My hard drive and an external drive for storage and local backup.
I use One Drive to make a bunch available for select people.
