There is a post on craiglist and on Ebay for new nikon 850 0 actuations on sale for $1000 incl shipping, anyone see that? I have feeling scam but cant see it. Seems like legid ebay seller but craiglist dont jive, ive offered to meet where he is but no response.

Unless it is a broken pile of parts or stolen, ask yourself why anyone would sell a $3600 camera for $1000?

The "seller" probably isn't even in the US! Too many scams... Be extra vigilant. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

Everything you have said seems to be a sign for the rest of us, Run as far away as you can. The price is too low, the seller won’t meet with you and so on. If you end up with it we will give you a sign.

I saw that ad on the local Craigslist, and checked around. Cities as far away as Houston have the exact same ad...Conclusion:BIG TIME SCAM!
