Beautiful. Lucky you to get an actually red one!

Thank you very much Katydid for looking in and commenting. Besides being unusually large, this one was nearly perfect in color.

Fantastic job with the light and details, as well as the color!

Thank you very much Linda for taking a look and for your comment. I appreciate it. It was a partly cloudy day, and I just placed it on a piece of black felt on the patio. Minimal processing in Lightroom too.

yummy...that luscious strawberry and shot is making my mouth water.
how did you make your smoothie?

Thank you very much MT for taking a look and for your comments. My wife was the smoothie maker, but I think she usually uses some milk and a tiny bit of sugar.

How big? Needs something of standard size to compare to.

Thank you for taking a look and commenting. I appreciate it. I did not have much time to set up for the shoot, but I believe it was at least 2 in. across.

I agree. It is mouth watering but we don't have anything to compare it with to determine scale. Perhaps an "average" size strawberry or tea cup - something like that. It sure is beautiful though!

Thank you very much for looking in and commenting. I agree with your comment about a size comparison, but my wife was waiting to make a smoothie for the grandchildren, so I did have/make enough time to properly set up for the shoot.
