Agree with both Download and look close. Wound under wing, glazed eyes. Iooks like maybe a ring at back of neck. It may be a ringed turtle dove. An escaped cage bird.. Bill

Bob, you have a picture of the dove posted 20 May. It is misIDed as a mourning dove.There must be a breeding population there. It is also called Barbary dove. From Africa- ?
