will you have a car/truck? check out a website called roadtrippers.com. the site will point out things to do, places to stay, and places to eat along the road. even if you fly there and rent a car you may map out some destinations near where you are staying. have a nice trip.

Checked out the website roadtrippers you recommended. Looks like a great site. Added it to my Travel folder. Thanks for the tip.

When in the northern part of the Berkshires, I would suggest traveling the Mohawk Trail (Route 2) east from Williamstown, through North Adams to Charlemont and Shelburne Falls where you can see the Bridge of Flowers. As others have said, the Norman Rockwell Museum in Stockbridge is worth a visit as is the Clark Art Institute in Williamstown and Tanglewood in Lenox. Take a drive to the summit of Mt. Greylock.
I've visited the Berkshires twice, once in 2013 and again in 2014. I agree with the above suggestions and can add the Chesterwood Estate, the home/workshop of sculptor Daniel Chester (who did the Lincoln Memorial statue). My photos of those visits are here:

2014: https://www.flickr.com/photos/8712554@N02/collections/72157647798250942/.

Perhaps you can get an idea of what you might be able to see from those.
