While at an indoor climbing gym I caught this moment in time of a climber in the bouldering room planning out her moves on the wall.
Please download this one for best viewing.

If it were me, I'd be planning my move to the Dunkin Donuts across the street rather then that wall.

Thanks fredtoo for picking up on the "colors". I was wondering if anyone would comment on those colors. I think the lighting and colors and composition are really working in this image. As far as "weird" goes........I like weird, strange, off the wall and interesting. Why be nOrMaL?!?!?!?

The one that is in my hand heading for my mouth! But seriously, the Bavarian creme with maple topping...or cinnamon swirl...or sugar coated...any others in the display case.

With regard to your shot, where are the safety harnesses and ropes. I hope they do use them, right?

I really like all those lines that beautifully frame the girl.

Thanks Mike for checking this shot out. Yes, I would imagine if you have never seen this before it would be very unusual. Here in Orange County California there are several indoor climbing gyms and they all are interesting in my opinion.

Photog8, I can tell you are a serrious donut expert!
As far as the safety harness goes.........in the other parts of the gym they have ropes to belay the climber (see photo) but the area where the girl in the boulder room is, the climber doesn't climb high enough to warrant a safety rope. The floor is extremely padded for a safe landing and extra pads are also there to move around under the climber.
