Good Mistake?

Went out for a sunset shot and storm did not cooperate. Started experimenting with some long exposures and a polarizer and was switching from vertical to horizontal and found I had tripped the shutter. Let me know what you think of the results with the second shot. The first is pretty ordinary but was good practice.

When dealing with art, everything is personal, as everyone has a different taste. Me personally, I do not consider the second photo art, just an unfocused photo. Sorry, but it does not work for me. But, neither does a lot of really expensive artworks.

To me, the 2ND photo is just an unfocused photo. Doesn't do anything.

Love the quality and mood of the first. The second bothers my eyes - too much effort trying to focus.
