Challenge: May 17-19 Hands

Most of us speak with our hands to add emphasis, emotion, or expression. When we take pictures of people, we often only focus on faces, and don't think much about hands unless they half out of picture, or get in the way of something else in the shot. For this challenge let's look at hands. They don't need to be the main subject of the shot, but try to post pictures where the hands are an integral part of the photo and help to tell the story.

Thanks for the challenge and hosting. Your hands intrigue me as to how to replicate. Going to have to study up to give it a try. Meanwhile here are a couple from 3 years ago. You'll remember the Portland street shoot in the first one.

Great challenge. Hands are such a big part of our livelihood too. Here is a photo of my son using a map he made to help a sugar maker locate a point in his sugar bush.
