This little backyard critter decided to eat one kernel at a time.... until he his tummy was full!!
I usually have a family of five that eat at the squirrel station, but this little boy wanted this ear to himself!!
...while the bird looked on!!
And this is funny... I've been finding some new plants sprouting up all over the yard and had no idea what they were, so finally dug one up and it was one of the kernels that they've been planting!! If I left them, I'd have a corn field in my garden!!
All taken with the Canon SX50 through very dirty windows...

Little known fact: Squirrels use corn, much like an abacus, to do advanced mathematics. You can see in the last frame that he has reached an unexpected result.
