This is Quishee.. He is our "Great One" A VERY beautiful male Tabby and one of sixteen cats my wife (and now me,) have rescued and grown to love.. He has the SOFTEST voice you ever heard, and his fur is SILKY smooth.
We keep saying that we need to find homes for (at least) 10 cats, but we either talk to people that don't seem to have the right reason or love in their hearts to adopt any, OR say things like "I use to have a cat but the next door dog ate it!!" Still they are "eating us out of house and home.." BUT we love them!
He is a beautiful boy... and no doubt gives back many times over what you have given to him.
It's amazing how easily feral cats can become domesticated. We were recently "adopted" by one who had been showing up around here off and on for the past couple years. She would run every time she saw a human until during this very hard winter when I started feeding her. Within days I was able to pet her and now she is one of the friendliest cats we've ever had. On a humorous note - we named this cat "Dougal" until we found that "he" was actually a she! The name stuck, though, and she's still "Dougal".
Pretty baby! I know the feeling. I currently have 6 indoor cats that were born to feral mothers in my back yard or nearby, and I feed 3 regular and an occasional extra feral cat out back. The feral momma of 3 of my "indoor" kitties (and one that died in 2014) has only recently started allowing me to touch her at all--and I've been feeding her for more than 11 years! I have (poor) pictures of my cats here

Rusty, Spike, Silver, and Goldie were all born to "Little Mother", who has remained an outside cat. She's a 4-color Tortie or Calico.
Wow... You have some beautiful cats.. Can tell you love them all.. I have so much images, a photography Professor in the small College where I did a Digital Photography course thought that I should make a "Table Top" hardback with them featured..
Thanks for sharing.
