The Nature of Light: Flowers and different lighting upon them.
I wanted to experiment with the effects of natural lighting on flowers. Our backyard was full of prime examples with fast and easy access, so I could stop and grab my camera(s) anytime I saw an opportunity. The subjects included a pink rose that just bloomed, (two lighting conditions), a Succulent, and a Bird of Paradise.
The lighting was sunlight and scattered clouds, and varied between early morning indirect light (pink rose), early morning direct light (pink rose and succulent), and mid afternoon back lighting (bird of P).
Good job. A really nice study.
Nicely done. Lighting is the key to it all.
Gorgeous series. All are beautiful. Particularly like the first rose.
