This from Wednesday nights local show & shine. This must be a fairly new completed restortion, as I've never seen the car before. It's a 1937 Ford Sedan 2Dr. Slant Back. The paint job is flawless, any spots, marks or anything else seen in the paint job, is a reflection. I tried shooting the trunk from different angles but the one I posted is the best shot, I could get, even though my relfection stands out like I'm looking in a mirror. The light grey painting on the trunk made it very hard to shot from an angle. Hit Download to enlarge photos, especially on the trunk shot.

I missed it. Carumba!!
Tamarac always has the best show for Show & Shine. I think they award prizes, or something, and always get a big turnout....;0) I'll post some more Sunday, wife and I are heading out in the morning to do a little shooting....;0)

Mike, I am not a car, motorcycle, airplane person like guys are, but that is FABULOUSSSSSS! I painted on the tailgate of a truck once. I airbrushed Michael, the archangel on it. When my hubby had a solid medium blue truck, I wanted to airbrush silver from the bottom up about 1/3 of the way and fading out, then black at the very bottom with silhouettes of running horses all the way down the side and he would not have it. I could see how gorgeous it would have been in my mind...Horse silhouettes of them running in a silver mist with a grassy silhouette below them. Oh well. Now he has a silver truck and I'd like to do a light blue fade with the same

Thanks Horseart.... Your horse idea sounds great to me.. I always wanted to learn how to airbrush.

That reflection of you off the trunk of the car is like a mirror. I can even tell what camera you shoot. Do you think the paint job cost him more that $1.95?
Great pictures.
