I always wonder what they are thinking, especially on shots like the last one where their eyes appear to be focused on the camera.

FYI Seems that a study found that jumping spiders can focus by moving something IN THE EYE. Therefore they can plot the most advantageous path to their prey.They can see more like a bird of prey than would be thought.I have the article and will look for it. It is on paper, old fashioned.
