Are any forum members planning to buy the Arsenal system? If so, what was the deciding factor?
Absolutely NOT planning on even thinking of buying one of these.

Interesting system. I would like to see some reviews, maybe experiment with it.
I chose to order an Arsenal mainly because Nikon Bridge is so inadequate for my Nikon D850 to transfer images to my iPhoneX for use in social media apps.
Does it do significantly better transferring images via wifi? If so I’d purchase Arsenal for sure bc snapbridge doesnt do well on my D850

It's a potentially useful product, but I don't see it being essential. They would sell a lot of them at a low price, but I doubt I'd get $185 of benefit from it.

I use a Sony A7RII camera.
Arsenal would add significant functionality to my camera such as focus bracketing, exposure bracketing that includes images with over a 30 sec. exposure, and the capture of long exposures without having to use an intervalometer. Many of their other functions also look interesting.
The best transfer method that I've found with Apple stuff is to use an app called PhotoSync. I can swap images back and forth in just a few seconds between Macs, iPads, and iPhones. It's also the fastest app that I've tested (and there have been quite a few). Only takes about a minute to learn to use.

Oh boy another kickstarter project!! I predict they will soon be bankrupt. Remember the Lytro Camera?
But if you have too much money and you want to throw some away, then why not?
I already have a camera with an "assistant", it's a cell phone camera.

If you have only had experience with cell phone photos, I MIGHT see some advantage in this, although not at this price. If you have a photographic background, at any level, and have mastered your camera's controls, it's a waste of money.
JMHO, of course....

JD750, you bring up a good point. In my case, it's just an app on my cellphone. It is very useful in determining exposure and processing. Although I can still do the "long hand" method, the app I have on my cellphone does that all for me and nails it every time.
