I was in the right place (third base line). Fly ball left fielder takes off and dives, makes the catch.
I was disappointed not to have captured the ball in the air.
Wow Jules!!
Awesome Photos, some of the best Sports Action shots I have ever had the pleasure to view.
Thanks for sharing them.
Hope all is well, Our Local High School Boys Baseball play their second round of Regional Playoff game Tuesday evening May 15th., it is about 80 miles south of us an hour, and a half drive. I plan to attend ride with one of the kids parents who is a Teacher.
Thursday evenign our Local Kids played their intra-squad spring football game, and will have a game Thursday night May 17th., which is about 40 miles away.
And Monday night May 14th., Honor Roll Kids who play local High School Sports and call me pop's of da rap's have invited me to the High School for their "Academic Honor Roll Cord Presentation" as they prepared for graduate in about three weeks.
Be Well, Be Blessed.

Hey Jules. These are exceptional shots. You amaze me all the time, which after all this time I shouldn't be surprised at all. How far down the line do they let you go? Are you on the field next to fence? My last game they let me stand inside fence as long as I kept close to fence. I didn't go to far down the line though. Our regionals start tomorrow, four days worth. Rain might screw with some of the games though, hoping not. I have already inquired about State playoff games. Once they get brackets set after the regionals I will get back with Todd (MaxPreps) and Kansas contact to get media passes set up Thursday/Friday Championship games. Keep it up and shoot tight my friend!!
Tom
Yeah, really fine action shots.... but you need to donate a good supply of Tide detergent to that one team.
Talk about great catches!
Outstanding! Thanks for sharing.

Hi Tom
I was in the 3rd base dugout. This school is one of the best I get to shoot at. Looks like a pro field. I am lucky enough where they let me go anywhere I want. The umpires give the last okay. I am never on the field. I can go all the way down the left field line and not be on the field. Shoot tight.

Thanks Raymond for looking, the catch saved the day.
Great shots Jules. In the first shot. You don't need to see the ball to know what happened here. I think I see it in the web of his glove.
