Ken Rockwell uses it on a lot of the pictures on his blogs. He gets great results.
I have it... have never used it... that is, I tried to use it and found myself second guessing each image's processing. That doesn't mean Perfectly Clear's idea of how the image "should" look was wrong, just that I liked my ideas better. I'm sure it'd do a good job churning out hundreds of similarly exposed images and save a lot of processing time but, I don't often have hundreds of images for bulk processing. Given my shooting requirements and Perfectly Clear's forte', my assessment may not particularly fair.
It's excellent for quick fixes that would take awile in LR. For more extensive work perfecting a photo, I still use LR. It's really impressive for what it does. Worth the cost and more.
Try Perfect Exposure free plug in...see if you like it. I use the full program sparingly, relying on other programs do so the bulk of my post processing.

I use it and enjoy it’s speed and simplicity!
I have both Corel Paint Shop and Perfectly Clear Complete 3.0. Paint Shop used to be my favorite, and I still do use both depending on what needs doing, but now Perfectly Clear Complete is my "go-to" app for photo editing. It analyzes and fixes photos in a way that no other app does, and quite easy. The user has full control, however, over the final image.
Perfectly Clear Complete runs either as a stand-alone Windows app, or as a plug-in to Corel Paint Shop.
I suggest keeping an eye on their website, as Perfectly Clear Complete occasionally goes on sale so you wouldn't have to pay the full retail price.
