First shots with my new $69. Nikon 35-135 3.5-4.5 lens. This lens was made from 1983 to 1998 and originally made for Nikon's programmable auto focus film cameras. Push pull zoom will take some getting used to...then again ordered a pizza delivered last week and it was $22.

Truth is was trying to find a mid range zoom because I covet my wife's 24-120VR...asked on here and got steered in the right direction.
I have all the long glass I need...then I saw this and thought...how much trouble can I get into for $70.

Looks good to me. Most recently I bought a 70-210 4-5.6 Nikon lens for $80. It is super sharp and superbly built but it is not heavy in spite of the sturdy construction.
