I was reviewing some of the pics I took with this lens and it seems as though the better ones have all been shot with higher ISO speeds. Could there be a reason for this?

Higher ISO allows for faster shutter speeds. Might be the difference.

I have the same lens. I’ve discovered that to shoot sports the lens takes excellent pictures at higher ISO.

I have the same lens on manual at 1/2000 usually f7.1 or so on auto iso with a limit on the iso of 2000. I shoot action nature. For landscape i the it off of auto iso have slow speed and f stops
