Sauté pounded chicken breast seasoned with Herbs de Provence and cracked black pepper in coconut oil medium high heat at least four to five minutes then turn for three minutes on other side and place on dish to rest! Boil water for pasta and add one teaspoon of Turmeric, which will color pasta yellow. (look-up health benefits of Turmeric)
Veggies used: carrots, small bite size potatoes with skin on, cut in half then quarter, six brussels sprouts cut in half, three Bok Choy greens removed cut diagonally, five Asparagus roughly cut diagonally, cooked in pressure cooker with low sodium chicken stock six minutes.
Now, back to the chicken! In my cast iron frying pan, I added five cloves garlic rough cut with a heavy amount of Capers and half cup white wine on medium high, when bubbling started I added a splash of light cream. Stirring to a bubble I added rough cut chicken to bubbling sauce no more than one and a half minutes!
After plating, I cut five cherry tomatoes in half then quarted . . . After viewing this photo, I will concentrate more on a better presentation!

Your presentation looks fine to me, AP. The theme of all your posts is the dishes you prepare in your own kitchen for dinner each evening. The viewer gets the feeling of sitting on a stool in the kitchen with you as you prepare the meal and explain the recipe. The reality and joy of cooking at home provides the charm of your entire series. You don’t need to change a thing.
What time is dinner? I
l'l be there!
