Hi David. My wife and I were also in Australia and New Zealand in 2017. Last half of March/ first half of April. We had a great time, got to dive the Great Barrier Reef which was a bucket list item all it's own. Got lots of photo's of birds which was also a bucket list item. I just wish we had spent a whole month or more in each country.
