Everytime I see this guy I'm impressed.
He's got this stuff down....this is an interesting video where the are talking about his instructional DVD...

You're right ! That guy does know what he's doing... He is also one of the few who KNOWS how to talk to people and have them understand what says... I would say that 90% of the tutorials I've seen, the so called 'teacher" was a blithering idiot when it came to speaking... Especially the English - as in UK... Oh boy, now I've gone and pissed them off... But it true... The English are terrible speakers...

I'd LOVE to have the DVD but 300.00 is way too much money for me right now for something like a DVD.

It is a good video. I like that he takes you step by step with the clients. I also appreciate that he showed the equipment he had early on (and that set up still gets remarkable results). That means I can get started without having to buy those Kino Flo lights that he is so proud of.
I only wish he had a REALLY DIFFICULT customer in the video. There is a guy he has to really work with to get him untrained, but he does not have a really bad customer and even Hurley commented on that.
I took lots of notes LOL. Made me feel good that he takes 100 pictures to keep 10. I am going to try to tether my camera to my computer because I really like how he was able to monopolize on that.
300.00 is a bit much still IMHO. I got lucky and a friend of mine that is into photography had it and we watched it together. Now I need to get 300 to get the rest of what I need to start.
