Went to Clear Lake today, and grabbed this shot, then slamed it through Redynamix......Did I go to far? Again? Won't I ever learn?
Used my trusty Pentax K110D, zoom at 18mm, 1/1500sec @
9.6 app.......ISO 800......Level with me now. I think I can take it.

might be a little bit overdone, but this actually looks very good. looks like a VERY nice place for photos, as well!

WOW! Thanks youse guys! I appreciate your opinions. It is a little overdone, but I guess I'm just hooked on the Dynamic range of Redynamix. Somehow the original pic seems flat. Can I ever go back to a straight image? Some actually do look better with no HDR effect. But its fun to experiment. Thanks again.

love the vibrance of the colors. it is not overdone at all. only nit to pick is the little bit of branches on upper left corner. crop or clone out will improve photo.

In my opinion it is not over done at all. But I too love HDR. I think this is brillant color. But I do agree with sinatraman about removing the tiny bit of branch upper left corner.

Wow, terrific location and a great shot.
The ONLY thing that I might have tried is to get the dock out of the viewfinder. It draw the eye away from the fantastic view.

I love this shot and do not think it is overdone. I like the dock in the pic as for me it adds to the wonderful view.
