My terrier was going crazy so I had to take a look. Down the hill I saw this little fawn resting; so I had to get my camera and take a shot. Had the 24-150 on the body. Wish I had a longer lens on, but I really like the framing.

...now if the deer had just moved to the left 3' and back about 3' into the sun splash this would be a pulitzer...
...some deer models are hard to deal with :-)

I asked her to, but you know how dears (deers) are; they never do what you ask them to. Thanks for your comments and your comments about the framing is what makes the image.

thanks for all of your comments. I wouldn't have been aware of what was going on if Laddie hadn't gone nuts.
After I grab my camera 24/105 I tried to be very quite when I went outside. She was just laying there without a care in the world. I was able to move across the top of the lip and take a few shots. I liked this one the best because of the framing and that she was looking at me.
Then she was gone.
