Desert Museum is top-flight for watching hummingbirds?

I haven’t been in Tucson for probably 20 years but.........as it happens I overheard a couple of birders this morning talking about Madera canyon and....a place called Ramsey canyon. What I overheard indicated that Ramsey canyon gets VERY busy on weekends.
I would imagine that early to mid May would be the time to go but that’s just a guess.
Right now is the best time to get hummers in Arizona. Another couple of weeks and it will be hot in southern AZ. Ramsey canyon is nice but a bit of a drive from Tucson. It is a Nature Conservancy property. Madera Canyon is closer. Both are crowded on weekends.

Um, just so you know PixelStan77, Rio Grande Nature Center is in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is about 450 miles and one state over from Tucson, Arizona. However,
we both have hummingbirds.
Beautiful image, Paul---love it!
