You've done it again Angela. Just beautiful my friend. Can't get much darker here in the house. Not looking like a great day weather wise.

Thank you so much, Doc... glad you liked these!! I had so many of these little chicks in my garden and then the ground cover took over and they died... bought a plant at Home Depot, years ago and after planting them in their own pots.. they're as happy as little hens and chicks could be!!
Same here... rain and damp, but they're saying a heat wave next week!!
Enjoy this day, even if the weather is not cooperating!!
First shot is especially good. You're becoming the master of bokeh.

Great photos and I guess my next purchase will be the the macro converter. Wow is your work costing me money and I love it. How are they listed on the photo stores sites....Rich
Glad you liked these, Rich... they are called macro converters and come in two pieces... 8mm & 16mm. You can use them alone or together... but you might want to check, I think they now have lenses that screw onto the front of the lensbabies... those would be easier than having to take these out of the Composer Pro and off the optic whenever you want to change them.

Thank you kindly, Tricia!! That's the joy of using lensbabies... they do all the work!!
Glad you liked!
I like both, but (unlike some) the second is my favorite. Repetition of the shape of the leaves (if that makes sense) was appealing.

I appreciate your visit and comment, Allan... glad you liked and especially #2!!
Enjoy the weekend!
Cathy, you are very sweet... thank you and glad you enjoyed!!
These are beautifully done, Angela. I love how the backgrounds are muted and out of focus yet reflect the subject perfectly. Your artistic rendition of #2 makes this one a unique standout! Able to see the hens/chicks in a muted color palate allows you to see the shapes and their individual petal repetitions. They are not a plant that I find "beautiful" normally but you have given them prominence!

Many thanks, Carla, for your lovely comment and glad you enjoyed them!! They may not be the prettiest plant on the block, but they are loyal and never leave.... except when they send up a long neck and flower, then that is the end of their life, but that makes room for more to grow.
