Looks like fun....do you participate...if so there was a recent link to a surfer who was taking photos of waves and wave forms using a waterproof case on his camera. A whole new way of looking at breaking water.

Sorry for the long delay in replying but I was in an area with no internet access. That shot was in the South end of Long Branch NJ. The steel sheathing in the background was part of cofferdam/curtain wall associated with the rebuilding of an outflow pipe. Unfortunately, much to the surfer's chagrin, it has been removed so our novelty wave is gone.......oh well, great while it lasted
