Not intending a political statement here, but as an American who believes that a president should make a concerted effort to work for the benefit of the American people, I found the following interesting.
During his p**********l campaign Donald Trump took many opportunities at his rallies to berate his predecessor as taking too much vacation time to play golf. There are several video clips of these.
Well, iin just 455 days in office, Trump has been in residence at the White House for just 199 days, while on vacation at Mar A Lago and his other golf properties for 256 days. That works out to spending time as his vacation retreats 56% of his presidency.
In eight years in office, A total of 2920 days, Barack Obama took a total of 328 days of vacation. That works out to 11% of his presidency.
These statistics are readily available on Google. BTW, I consider myself an independent v**er who has v**ed for individuals from both parties.
LET'S FACE IT ----
He is doing all of us a big favor by staying away
Golf makes the world go round. Doesn't it?
He said many, many things during his campaign that haven’t come to fruition, one of them being he was going to be much too busy to golf.
Well maybe there could be some focus on the positive for a change. There is enough negativity going around these days.
Just saying.
Not intending a political statement huh? Sure sounds like one to me, but that's OK. Here goes. Much of Trumps time out of the swamp and at his vacation home has been spent working and meeting with foreign movers and shakers. All you have to do is look at the turnaround this country has made since the end of the Obama era to appreciate that America really has been made great again. Obama was the worst disaster this country has ever seen.
To add insult to injury, his properties then bill the government for his stays and everybody that comes with him, plus their golf, etc, etc. In more ways than one, he’s doing to our country, what he has been doing to Melania and others for years.
Just saw a Breaking News Report on CNN. Kim Jong Un of North Korea says he will cease missiles development for American Foreign Aid. And may release three American prisoners. His country is a virtually starving. He needs it, even though China sends food to the country. It's for government workers mostly. Can Kim be trusted?
Sounds like a hostile interpretation of normal p**********l activities to me. Eisenhower, Kennedy and others did the same. We need to seek facts objectively and not make knee-jerk conclusions based on prejudices.

Ike, JFK, Reagan, Bush father and son went home. So did Carter and most of the others. Truman went to government owned property in Key West. NONE went to commercial property they owned, which then billed the American people for it. Do you not see a difference? If you faced facts objectively, you wouldn’t defend witthout question.

And just how do you want to portray something as positive when trump has gone out of his way to reverse almost everything that President Obama accomplished in his 8 years in office, within trump's first 455 days in office?
The facts speak for themselves, you can't rewrite the history of what trump has done, and the huge amount of vacation time that trump has taken, or the excessive cost to the American Taxpayer for the trump and trump family's lavish lifestyles.

No, Kim can't be trusted.
Only a complete dismantling of all of their nuclear programs and weapons and removal of them from the country should be part of the negotiations. Destruction of the physical sites has to be included in the agreement as well. We already know that their test site has been physically c*********d, lives were lost, and earthquakes have been recorded in the area after the collapse of part of the test site.
Neither China nor Russia should be involved in the removal process. I'm not saying that the US should take possession of the weapons or the technology, just that they shouldn't land up in the hands of China or Russia.
Kim needs to step down and face charges and prosecution for crimes against humanity. The executions of his opposition and his starving of his residents are just a few of the charges Kim should be facing.
North Korea needs to have free e******ns for a new government.
