I like all three very much Angela, but the light and colours on #2 are beautiful.

Many thanks, Sylvia, for your visits and always lovely comments... glad you enjoyed!! For some reason, none of my tulips grew this year... they sent up leaves, but no flowers... the first two shots are new plants I bought just to stick in the ground and give me something to shoot!
Enjoy the weekend and thinking of Ted... hope he's ok!

Mine get less every year but I think the field mice eat the bulbs. That seems strange maybe they are just waiting for warmer weather!
He is enjoying being in the garden while we are working, but not eating much at all and still sickly. But he felt well enough to shoot up one of the apple tress while I was checking them over!!
You have a lovely weekend too.

I've had that happen to bulbs I planted years ago, the squirrels must have dug them up, but the few in front of my house are from two years ago... last year they looked beautiful, this year only leaves... it must be from the cold, which it still is!
Glad to hear that Ted is getting around, enjoying the warmth and watching you garden... but hard to watch when he doesn't eat.
Take care...

Me too, I love them.... as I just told Sylvia, none of mine bloomed from last year, they just sent up leaves :-(
my SIL gave me the red/yellow and I bought the purple, stuck them in the ground and they gave me something to shoot!!
Glad you enjoyed these, Donna!
